The College Quarter Hotel

Located on College Drive, the College Quarter Hotel is an exciting new development that the University of Saskatchewan area will most definitely benefit from.  Together with PR Hotels, Meridian is thrilled to bring a new style of hotel to the City that offers options for long-term stays as well as short-term.  This 9-storey building will be home to both Staybridge Suites and Holiday Inn Express, with a shared common area, pool and meeting rooms.  

In conjunction with the hotel, a separate two-storey parkade structure will be built on the same site, giving guests the comfort and security of private parking during their stay.

This project began construction in late September 2016 and is on target to be completed by January 2018, with the hotel opening to the public just a couple short months after.



Holiday Inn Express & The Hub Commercial Plaza
Kelowna, BC

Meridian’s first out-of-province project has begun!  The Holiday Inn Express (HIEX) Hotel is located in Kelowna, British Columbia and is a 6-storey building holding 120 suites, a pool and hot tub, a fitness centre, games room, and much more.  Meridian and PR Hotels have teamed up for the second time to complete this development to the highest standards.  This project is scheduled for completion in Spring 2018 and will be open for business shortly after.

The Hub Commercial Plaza is located just steps from the Hotel and is made up of three standalone commercial retail buildings.  The Plaza will offer guests all the amenities they could dream of to make them feel right at home during their stay in the HIEX.  These buildings will be complete in early Summer 2018.

IronWood Crossing is now 100% leased!

IronWood Crossing is one of Meridian's most current commercial projects located on Preston Avenue South in Stonebridge.  It is comprised of three different buildings that are occupied by a variety of businesses that contribute substantially to the community around it.  Each of Meridian's commercial projects reflects their commitment to quality, environmental sustainability and efficiency of space.
