Meridian Development and P.R. Hotels Ltd. have once again teamed up to build a dual-branded Fairfield Inn & Suites and TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Chilliwack, British Columbia. 

The hotel consists of a 90-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and a 60-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott, along with shared common areas and amenity space.  The guest rooms are prototypical of their respective brands, while the common areas are customized to incorporate the textures, patterns, and colors found in the natural beauty of the surrounding Fraser Valley.  Hotel guests will be enveloped in a sense of comfort, relative to both the product and service found at the property and will find themselves ideally situated to all that Chilliwack has to offer.  Features and amenities of this hotel property will include complimentary breakfast, approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of well-appointed meeting space, a business centre, a sundry shop, guest laundry, an extensive fitness centre, and an outdoor pool and hot tub complete with a casual outdoor patio space.  There will also be ample free parking around the hotel.
